Standard updates, such as minor design changes, simple content changes, and / or any other tasks that can be completed in 30 minutes or less. Often, our customers use these requests to change a phone number, add a menu item, troubleshoot a small error, or even ask a question.

Our support covers any activity in less than 30 minutes. This covers most of the standard updates. However, there are elements that cannot be covered.

Examples of uncovered tasks would include theme changing, graphic design, copywriting, custom theme development, and custom plugin development.

Our ecommerce support covers current activities related to the management of your online store and can be completed in less than 30 minutes. This covers most standard activities, such as:

• Uploading products through a product feed with stock / price updates.
• Generating product feeds.
• Changes in product images and texts.
• Store integration with other platforms – marketplace, price comparison sites that have integration solutions (This does not include integration development from scratch).
• Publishing the products manually on other platforms.
• Etc.

We understand that you may be satisfied with your current hosting and do not want to make the change. Our hosting is offered as a free option, but it is not mandatory. Depending on your hosting, we may recommend changing your hosting to improve speed, but we will never force you to change.

Our plans are built to be applied per site. All services will be applied only to the domain on which the service is set. If you have more sites, you can contact us to give you a special discount.

We don’t believe in blocking anyone in a contract. If you are not happy, you can leave at any time.
